I built my first PC when I was 12.
I didn't care much about the games. I cared about how the parts fit together and why the thing turned on.
That curiosity never left. It turned into coding experiments, half-finished apps and a long list of projects I started and shelved. A golf product. A real estate valuation tool. An AI daily planner I still use every morning.
Most of them didn't work out. Each one taught me something the next one needed.
Today I'm in my last year of business high school in Denmark. I work part-time at Føtex. I train three days a week. In the 2 to 3 hours that are left, I run Operra AI, where I help businesses grow with AI automation: n8n workflows, Claude Code and agents that take manual work off people's plates.
I'm not an expert talking down. I'm one step ahead of you, doing the work in public.
That's what this letter is. Every Sunday I write down what I built, what broke and what I'm learning about building a business and a life I actually want.
Some weeks it's a workflow you can copy. Some weeks it's a thought about rest, or why the grind is a choice and not a duty.
If that sounds useful, I'd love to have you.
